Residence Olimpo (Lignano)

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The daily prices are in Euro per apartment and include the following services:
- electricity - warm + cold water - gas, air conditioning or heating if available.
- final cleaning, excluding the kitchen and dishes which have to be cleaned by the client and left in perfect order (or could be asked 40 euro).
- In Lignano the beach-service is not included, excepted where is indicated in the catalogue (you can book it here: www.lignanosabbiadoro.it - www.lignanopineta.com - www.spiaggiaviva.com).
- Minimum stay 1 week with arrivals and departures on Saturday from 26.05.2012 to 08.09.2012. Arrivals and departures also during the week in all other periods, but always minimum stay 5 nights.
- When the client arrives and receives the key of the apartment, the Tourist Enterprise may ask him minimum 100,00 euro caution as a guarantee of good use of the apartment.
The caution will be returned to the client on the check-out.

Rules of the Stay:
In case of non-observance, the Tourist Enterprise can rescind immediately the contract and has the right to ask the clients to leave the apartment immediately.
It is forbidden to give hospitality to more persons than allowed by the number beds indicated in our offer. Children as considered as adults.
We reserve to not accept young people groups in our structure.
- For young people group in Lignano (under 25 years) will asked a caution money of euro 500,00 per apartment.
- Arrival from 17.00 to 20.00 o' clock, departure till 9.00 o' clock on the agreed day.
